The T40.180 telescopic handler is a 16.2 meter model weighing 4 tonnes. The Bobcat is great for lifting loads or people with a platform during construction.
The Boom Positioning System (BPS) displaces the boom to move the load to its destination. However, unlike conventional sideshift carriages, the BPS frame design avoids a drop in lifting capacity. You get the opportunity, without changing the position of the machine, to move the load sideways at a distance of up to 1350 mm at a sufficient height.
The T40.180 has a hydrostatic transmission that provides 410 Nm of torque, electrodynamic braking, switching the drive from 2 wheels to 4 wheels while moving the loader.
The Bobcat Speed Control System (SMS) allows speed to be controlled independently of the engine speed. This feature is particularly useful when working with implements that require low travel speeds and high engine rpm to be maintained.
